A leaked script is not available on internet. There's many other leaked script (Wolverine, hellboy 2, Wanted) but not the TDK script.

I am a fan of the Batman taking a fall for Harvey. It's within his character to want to see his friend have a chance to restore his honor. He's always been optimistic about Harvey and gives him the benefit of the doubt (see Face the Face) and it's usually a weakness for him against Two-face.

That's about the only thing I liked that was new but didn't seem contrived, ala the pick one/save one (Batman Forever anyone?).

Folks the number one way to spot out a fake script leak is simple: lack of details. Thats where the devil lies. That's where the coolest shyt happens. And yet this is a very generic (and then batman stops him and he goes to jail.) Come on man.
