So Derrickson said on Facebook that the movie actually goes from 2016 to 2017. So I think it probably ends just before Ragnarok.
Where/when does he say that? I don't see it.So Derrickson said on Facebook that the movie actually goes from 2016 to 2017. So I think it probably ends just before Ragnarok.
Nice, at least we do get some kind of timeline. Still tho, if you think about it, it's STILL a rather short time to go through surgical healing and alot of Training.https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1276277165747263&id=898172373557746
"Yes but ends ahead of present day. It's contemporary but slightly ahead of present day by months."
Hadn't thought of Cho!Maybe everyday medicine is more advanced in MCU, allowing Strange to recover rapidly from his surgeries. They do have people like Helen Cho after all.
I sat down with the great Hannibal and Casino Royale star during the Doctor Strange junket in Los Angeles in late October -- and at the end of our conversation, asked what he thought about his future as Kaecilius. Mikkelsen was mostly non-committal in his answer, but definitely did leave the door open for the character's return in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Said the actor,
I don't know. He was not looking too sharp in the end of this movie, but you never know.
In response to this, I noted that neither Doctor Strange nor Dormammu killed Kaecilius in the movie, and that the character was instead just taken away to another dimension. To this Mads Mikkelsen responded with a smile,
Yeah, it's like [snaps] a blink of an eye away.
Like I said in another thread, Kaecilius isn't dead, just made into a Mindless One. Now there always an added villian in the wings like Red Skull in Captain America.
Pretty sure Alexander Pierce died too. And in the case of Ronan and Killian, of course they never found the bodies... they both literally exploded.![]()
heh yeah yeah, but, Killian could "heal back" and Ronan like Skull were vaporized by an infinity stone, they could both cosmically come back lolPretty sure Alexander Pierce died too. And in the case of Ronan and Killian, of course they never found the bodies... they both literally exploded.![]()
like I just said, even Mal could return being infused with an Infinity Stone. Aether was splintered into zillions of pieces and was still there. I'm sure Mal could pull himself together if his will is strong enoughAnd unless Malekith somehow managed to survive that hugeass spaceship falling on him, I'm guessing he's probably dead too.But comic book deaths and all that, I guess.
