i've never dressed up in costume to go to a movie. guess i'm not brave enough. i do have a few Batman pieces in my wardrobe though and i'm still trying to decide which of them i want to wear. i have a black hoodie with the oval Bat insignia on the front, but it'll be July and too hot to wear. i also have a gray t-shirt with the Batman logo from the Adam West series on the front which would look cool with a black blazer on top and maybe a Dent campaign button pinned to the lapel, but the heat will again pose a problem. i have a Batman baseball cap and a few Batman pendant necklaces too that i can mix and match. guess it'll be a decision to be left to the day of the showing.

People dress up for all kinds of things...Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Star Trek, Batman, The Matrix, etc.

I've got the same shirt..mine looks a bit different though.. the actually bat emblem is made of tiny bats. I'll also be painting my face, Jokerstyle

anyone who gives me crap is gonna regret it. but seriously, the public loves this ****.

I wanted to go as Harvey Dent but have half my face darkened but then lighter makeup over it... basically two-face but his scarred side made to look more like his normal side so that it looks like the scarring is underneath but hasn't been to the surface yet.

my other idea was to go as the joker

my girlfriend wasn't too pleased with either idea so I will end up just wearing a Joker tshirt I got i guess

get a new gurlfriend...

I am still working out how I might dress to go to the midnight showing, but I made myself a purse to carry along. I used various clippings and bits from 'The Gotham Times.'

And I am one of those bizarre girls who likes the idea of Lois Lane and The Dark Knight.

I have some ideas for a Joker purse I might make for my friend to carry...
