Wow. I'm glad they haven't given away the third act. I assume the rescue scene is the opening scene. I just remember they showed the Tarmac scene I'm the first trailer for 6.

lol well I guess there's that.
Still, the opening to the forth movie was no doubt partly practical as well, and that one I would count as a strike against the mission. As I said, it will hopefully 'feel' real. In concept as well as execution.

I'm looking forward 2 the 10th movie

Furious: X - In Space

"One last ride" shot of Brian.

"I don't have friends, I got family" Shot of Brian.

:(

Those got me so much. :waa:

Nathalie Emmanuel from Game of Thrones.

I never followed the production so I didn't know that she was on this and that she'll be part of the crew.

Jordana's role seem to be much smaller in this.

so true it hurts

''the opening sequence is cut down from what is clearly a huge, long action setpiece. I kind of hate when they do this, because by giving us the highlights of that setpiece the studio takes away the oomph when we see it in full. I don't mind seeing pieces of the action - I just don't want the Cliff's Notes version. And I think this is largely the future of movie trailers. ''

I have to imagine Statham puts Hobbs in the cast to begin with.

Yeah I can't help but feeling sad whenever I see Walker. It's gonna be a bit of a tough watch.

Looks like most of the Walker shots in that trailer was shot before the accident. There's like one or two shots of Brian that looks off, and that's likely due to his brothers filling in for him.

Walker's death hanging over the film aside, it looks like the same old, same old. James Wan doesn't really infuse any of his style in the footage, and it looks like it could've been directed by Justin Lin.

I'm curious as to how James Wan makes this his own, and how well they write Paul Walker out.

I didn't really expect the film to look much different even with Wan directing.

I imagine that the action scenes will feature quite a bit of the face replacement visual effects because rumor has it that Walker didn't get the chance to shoot most of the big action scenes.

Yeah they kinda had to cobble a new movie together so here is hoping that the film turns out decent. If it doesn't, that's understandable.

Its hard to tell from the trailer but it looks like they got a lot of footage with Walker in before the accident. Although I do remember them saying that he was supposed to shoot some key scenes that he never got to.

Looks awesome! Can't wait. Love these flicks.

While the "No more funerals" line will almost certainly be cut, (and understandably so), I'm glad to see that Han's funeral scene itself is still in the film.

I've only seen the first three movies. :o

I have a lot of catching up to do if I want to see this in theaters.

Good to see Jason Statham play a baddie for a change.

The Rock stuff is so hilarious in in these films. He makes them for me.

Awesome!!! I can't wait :woot:
