But first....Doom kidnapped Sue!![]()
True, but in the end it was all for nothing.

Did you walk out early too?Seriously? Because I don't remeber that.
Did you walk out early too?
Don't tell me you missed the Watcher too.
great film FF2 a bit more serious but still kept that family dynamic the comic characters are known for. The part where surfer first reports to galactus was movie gold for me and also the scene at the end where they all hug each other shows the FF are a family first then a superteam second. I even think they handeled galactus well, of course i would rather see a giant CGI monster but the cloud worked i loved that you could almost see his face in the centre. A FF third movie MUST be made!
One last thing, what happens at the very end? after the fantasticar flew off i walked out of the theater but turned around just after something happened before the credits rolled.
Or Thanos!
Forgot about him...he wasn't on screen enough.
Don't tell me you missed the Watcher too.
But, the Watcher didn't speak. He just, well, watched.
I wasn't too fond of his toga though....the coloring could have been better.
I thought he was nekkid....
That's where my complaint about the coloring comes in....in looked like flesh instead of fabric.
But I could have sworn I saw nipples......
or was it just one nipple.........???????
All I know is, we can't post the pictures on the hype because of the nipples....or nipple.....
That's what you said at the Mod's New Years Eve party too.But I could have sworn I saw nipples......
Writer's need to come up with something other that killing off new characters. Silver Surfer kamikaziing Galactus is ridiculous and ruined the ending. How many years and planets have SS been to and all of a sudden he decides to kill himself and Galactus just because Storm reminds him of his girl? Silver Surfer is much deeper than that. The whole "choice" thing was dumb. Of course, he has a choice. He chose to be Galactus' herald. SS would know best that he couldn't kill Galactus. Galactus gave him all that power. It's foolish.
They should have stuck with the storyline that SS normally leads Galactus to planets with lower level lifeforms. But, Galactus was in peril and needed to feed on a life abundant planet to regain his health and Earth happened to be the closest. It would be the same circumstance with Norrin Rad's planet and why he offered to find planets as Galactus' herald. This would make SS less of a puppet and Galactus more neutral. And, the movie far better. That ending was my main problem. It's a shame because SS was really well done. I was even okay with the board being the source of his power even though in the comics he could recreate his board. Could have been so good if it was polished more.
SOME PEOPLE NEED TO REALLY JUST RELAX WHEN SEEING MOVIES LIKE THIS AND NOT OVER ANALYZE MOVIES AND JUST GO IN THERE HAVE A FUN TIME!!!!
I'm able to look past the one thing we knew they were going to ruin...galactus...and knowing that much going into it...I'd have to say it was excellent...and exactly what I wanted from this sequel. I expected the cheezy-ness of the first...I expected a light comicbook movie tone...and to tell the truth...thats what I wanted. As I've said before...it was the first movie this summer (maybe with the exception of Hot Fuzz) that I actually walked away from wanting to see again immediately after it was over. It'll get repeat showings from me...Spiderman 3 and Pirates...were both exhausting to sit through and ended up being a little disappointing. I'm not saying FF2 is a better movie...but I enjoyed it a whole lot more, and thats what its supposed to be...fun...and I shouldn't have to walk away from movies like SM3 and POTC3 constantly picking it apart...some times I just want to be entertained.
