FF 2 Rate and Review Thread

Daredevil made 102 mil over a 78 production budget and didn't get a sequel. I don't understand Hollywood thinking. IMO, that at least gets a sequel under a different Matt Murdock just to try. The budget still would have been under 100 mil. Did Marvel get DD rights back yet?

FF deserves a third.

Honestly thought I think there will be a third but I was also hoping for a possible forth down the line.
Maybe I was a little too excited huh

they can make another fantastic four, but i will not be suckered into watching it. enjoy your ignorance if you enjoyed it.

Your habit of calling people names because they have a different opinion than yours is called trolling.

Don't post in the FF forums again.

:whatever: "ignorance" lol I didn't know enjoying a movie and wanting to see a sequel was classified as ignorance.

Only if people keep attacking me for having an opinion.

If you feel someone is "attacking" you for your opinion, please PM us the post so that we can take care of it....

Just came back from watching it. Overall it was a very enjoyable film.

My only real gripes, is the comedy was alittle too thick in places (when it should have been serious). I was expecting a much better Doom costume (though his portrayal is MUCH better this time) and the ending came alittle to quickly.

I give it a 8/10

Where in the movie did you get the idea of Doom wanting world conquest? He had no plan beyond getting the board. That's just sloppy. Xavier and Magneto gave a better representation of two people with a history. Doom just came off as an a-hole.

It's called common sense, and every real comic fan should know that this is Doom's method. Why else would he want god-like power, to sell ice cream? :whatever:

If he "disintegrated" then reassembled somewhere else, it's called "teleporting."
I'm more inclined to think that SS blew the last of the metal off of Doom when he zapped him and knocked him back far enough that he ended up in some ice cavern. Just my 2 cents.

>^..^<

I saw Doom disappear by demolecularizing then reappearing in the cavern on my screen. I didn't see him get knocked back into a mountain at all. And technically he did zap it off. It showed the metal "healing off" and going back to his normal skin when he was in the cavern.

I saw it yesterday. It was more entertaining than the first, and there was improvements with characters like the Thing, Johnny, and especially Doom.

Still alot of problems with this franchise. I found the movie to be average. It was an entertaining flick, but nothing special, IMO.

You are using your comic knowledge as a crutch to explain away lazy writing. If you asked a non-comic fan what Latveria is like, they wouldn't be able to tell you because the movie never tells you. It's the same idea.

For all you know he could have used the power to turn Latveria into the economic capital of the world like in UFF. Get outta here.:whatever:

Lazy writing is true, and people not knowing about Latveria is also true because they never bother to elaborate on Doom. I really can't think in their shoes as to what else Doom would do with god-like power. To me world domination is just common sense and in the top 5 on every to-do list for villains in Doom's calibur.

I thought Latveria was 9th place? And yes, he would've :ninja:

It didn't have to be some Bond villain type exposition of his plot step-by-step, but a " I'm going to create a better world without you in my way, Richards," would have sufficed for me. Of course that would have required more character study on Doom.

The movie left me with the same revenge idea he had from the first movie.

That is very true.
