No spoilers really but it does hint that we may get that Tower of Joy flashback threw Bran. I guess that's a spoiler lol. It's just me guessing really.

You're just reaching now man lol... im not even arguing about this im just saying i can see how easily it can get confused. He sees walkers... then is right outside of winterfell.
though it does show them going beyond the wall... someone who hasn't read the books may not know that.
as for the abandoned castles.. i guess none of the 100,000 wildlings thought to check those out![]()
Oh and "let's protect Jon's body for no reason or motivation whatsoever. What? We should burn it because we're afraid that people who die will turn into wights? Nah lets protect him because he's special because the plot knows he'll be resurrected soon and we need to drag this plot point out as long as possible for suspense purposes. Even though the very fact that we are protecting his body makes it obvious that he's coming back at some point."
Myranda gets a f***ing funeral scene with Ramsay all sad and **** but we don't get a single moment in which Davos gets to mourn Shireen or Stannis. Heck, he doesn't even ask Mel "hey are they okay, what happened." Nothing. Let's just forget that Stannis and Shireen existed as soon as possible. Myranda gets a f***ing funeral scene while characters like Doran and Stannis get canned by the showrunners in the lamest ways possible with zero f***s given.
Also I'm pretty sure Dinklage doesn't give a f*** about this show any more and is just phoning it in to cash his paycheck
Likewise Micheal McElhatton. In the first three seasons he was mugging for the camera any chance he got. He looked bored senseless in this episode.
I'd be bored senseless too if my entire role on the show was just sitting around making snarky comments and reminding the viewers that Walda is pregnant.
this was the biggest issue for me... there is NO reason for them to be protecting the body, nor is there reason for them to think a fight is coming or for Alliser to threaten them.. it's terrible.
by biggest issue i mean Dorne doesn't exist in my mind.
Well Jon didn't stab himself repeatedly so that's enough to tell Davos something is amiss.
And they couldn't possibly have taken the body because they respected Jon and didn't want to leave him lying in the snow.
