This is gonna get some heat, lol. The female Busters didn't work so now they gotta use all guys again. This'll be a good time. :o

At least it won't be treating either gender side like crap like the last movie did. NOT COOL, Feig, you bastard.

Actually, it's gonna be a mixed team, which i suggested AGES ago!

I’m excited...but let’s be real, I’ll believe it when we have a trailer.

I hope they actually film in NYC. The reboot filmed in Boston and pretended it was NYC which was just insulting to a New Yorker.

What’s the title?

Ghostbusters Forever
Ghostbusters Reborn
Ghostbusters Legacy
Ghostbusters but not a sequel to the lady one

I DEMAND that H. Jon Benjamin be cast as a Ghostbuster.

If it does happen, it better acknowledge the video game. As the last reunion of the 4 main characters it deserves to stay canon.

The fact that they were able to keep this announcement a surprise tells me that Dan Aykroyd hasn’t been involved up to this point. God knows he can’t shut up about promising another sequel whether or not it’s true.

Can't remember the original movies that well, was there a haunted high school? I could see a scene like that being fun if it hasn't been done.

Not so thrilled with the idea of teenagers...wait and see, if it ever happens.

Well.... back in November, "There is a possibility of a reunion with the three remaining Ghostbusters,” Aykroyd said during a discussion on AXS TV’s The Big Interview with Dan Rather. “It’s being written right now.:funny:

It's not going to be the same. Bill Murray doesn't care, and Harold Ramis is no longer with us.

I wonder if they're really going for the Children take up the family business angle. Especially with Jason Reitman seemingly doing the same thing with his father's movie franchise. That could actually work.

I hope they stay humble and restrained with this one. After the goodwill they lost, they have everything to prove here. Jason Reitman is more than capable in making his characters click with audiences, so I hope he puts that first and foremost while reviving the authentic look of the first film.

Jason Reitman is hit or miss lately. His involvement doesn’t guarantee a winner.
