Glee Episode V: The Sylvester Strikes Back - - Part 11

The Tina/Blaine thing wouldn't even have been as bad if they'd ended it with that somewhat cute scene at the lockers where they each confide about their pitiful hopeless crushes and decide to go together as friends.

But no, Tina not only continues, she calls Blaine the love of her life and expects him to kiss her??

Does she think she can "turn" him, or what? Because that notion is borderline offensive to both of their characters.

I'm not a huge fan of Blaine crushing on Sam either, but it's slightly more understandable narratively and at least Blaine isn't being delusional about it.

Speaking of Blaine, I just loved (sarcasm) that he has a canon backstory of being gaybashed at a Sadie Hawkins dance, and then they do an entire episode revolving around a Sadie Hawkins dance, and we get the most obligatory possible throwaway reference to it, so as not to take any precious screentime away from the oh-so-important crush plotline.

Sometimes it's like they just refuse to give Blaine and Tina any actual substantial storylines that don't involve Blaine's existence revolving around Kurt, and Tina just getting character assassinated any time they bother remembering she exists.

Seriously, I can so easily come up with better storylines for both of them than what the writers have ever bothered with that it's not even funny.

What's it like for Blaine walking back into a Sadie Hawkins dance after getting the crap beat out of him at the last one?

Fine and dandy, apparently.

Why is Tina's name Tina Cohen-Chang?

We'll never know.

Is Santana from Lima-Heights adjacent? Whats it like there? Another mystery.

And I love how they had Unique come and go throughout the episode just so they wouldnt have to deal with her conflict of a date.

She's from the wrong side of the tracks, and yet her father is a dentist.

Thats Mercedes dad, Santanas dad is an actual doctor. But looks like we will never know and will never meet him or see Mama Lopez (or Tina/Artie/Britts parents) again.

Apparently Blaine is an orphan with a great trust fund, considering he's always home alone but he can jet off to NYC whenever he feels like it.

Song list for the wedding episode
Song order:

This song list is a joke right? I dont get how they always give Quinn one thing to do in an episode when she should sing at least twice along with the originals just because. The originals shouldve all sang a song to Wemma and then have Mercedes/Rachel/Santana/Quinn/Tina sing a song. And nhf Jarley singing Anything Could Happen.

I'm guessing We've Got Tonight is where everybody is hooking up with their exes in hotel rooms?

Oh, Brody and Adam, how irrelevant you are.

Just Can't Get Enough by Kurt and Blaine is the only one that seems moderately acceptable.

Yep. Looks like quinntana will be getting their sweet lady kisses on.

And none of the newbies should even be in this episode. It shouldve been purely originals.

Why the hell is Quinn making out with Santana, by the way?

They might as well have Sam sleep with Blaine next.

(but then, while it would make as much narrative (non)sense, that wouldn't involve two attractive women gratuitously making out)

You know the usual college girls experimenting. Though that would never happen with the guys.

So Finchel, Klaine, Quintanna, Artie/Betty (Bartie?), and Jarley are all getting hotel rooms, and GleekOutBrazil says 4 out of 5 will "go all the way".

So, who's not doing the deed?

Will Marley let Jake swipe her V card?

Will Quinn have full-on lesbo sex with Santana (offscreen, of course)?

My bet's on Finchel and Klaine both sleeping together, like The First Time 2.0, and Quinntana being least likely.

So Sugar's only around for Artie when it's convenient for the writers?

Apparently, considering they're creating a new love interest for him out of thin air.

Sugar and Joe might as well just go the way of Lauren Zizes and Dave Karofsky, for all the writers pay any attention to them.

They conveniently forget Unique exists to avoid awkward situations like Sadie Hawkins, except when they need a song.

Pretty sure Artie and Betty will be ones that won't go all the way.

Also, Ryan Murphy said someone might get pregnant in the foreseeable future. Excluding the two gay couples, either Rachel or Marley might get knocked up.

Betty is suppose to be Emmas niece so I dint know why they waste their time hooking her up with arti for an episode.

Emma probably will get knocked up and I suspect that bertie won't go all the way since they just meet.

It was implied she had sex with Brody this last episode, so if she has sex with Finn soon it could raise ambiguity about the father.

Because Quinn is perpetually a mess up and is always doing something new to find herself. I find it actually believable.

That being said..... Just watched the episode and baby got back was the most awkward thing i may have ever seen my whole life

And for Glee, that's an achievement.
