Glee Episode V: The Sylvester Strikes Back

Gugh. I really can't get enough of I Feel Pretty/Unpretty.

Ditto, I think it's possibly my favorite song of S2 so far. It's perfect. And I can't believe I just used that adjective to describe a song in which Dianna sings, but it's true. Her voice was perfectly suited to this song, and she and Lea sound flawless together.

On that note, while I do think Lea sounds great when she sings lead, one thing I've noticed is that she's also a fantastic harmonizer. I've realized that's one of the main reasons I love the Spring Awakening album so much. I remember seeing a video someone shot when the SA cast was performing "My Junk" at Macy's, and the camera was in an awkward place because the person filming it was at the very front, so the camera was like, right in Lea's face, lol. But because it was so close, you could hear her (and Brian Charles Johnson's, as he was right next to her) harmonies louder than anyone else's, and it sounded so lovely.

All that was a long-winded way of saying I wish they would get her to do some real background singing and harmonizing more.

While I am probably the only one...I wouldnt have minded if they tackled Christina Aguilerias Beautiful again for BTW with someone else singing it. It is basically the orginal and superior Born This Way.

I like the Glee version of Born This Way a lot more than the Gaga Version.
And I heard I Feel Pretty/Unpretty and it's probably one of the best mash-ups I've heard. They kind of created a completely new song with it.
edit - And Chris sounds like a girl in "As if we never said goodbye"... I couldn't tell who it was at first, then realized it. It's actually kind of amazing.
