I cannot wait for the next episode. All the music that I've heard for it sounds fantastic, and it has one of my favorite songs, AND APRIL RETURNS! :awesome:

I am loving Go Your Own Way.

Well, damn.

Considering the amount of bed-hopping going in within New Directions, Fleetwood Mac is highly appropriate. :woot:

I like Go Your Own Way and Dreams.

Unpopular opinion time: I'm rewatching Season 1 on DVD and just watched The Rhodes Not Taken, and April Rhodes and Sandy Ryerson are both really annoying.

Okay, I'm getting the hell out of this thread before what goes down goes down.

Oh God..... JP is going to be soooo pissed. :csad:

Ugh, Dreams is just the usually Matt/Cheno duet. Nothing new. Nothing exciting. Nothing but ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. Why do they continue to have someone like her sing such boring songs?

I tend to agree. I love having her on the show, but they really waste her voice. How blown away would the Glee TV audience be if they ever gave her something like "Glitter and Be Gay"?

Dreams is boring.

Songbird is my favorite from next week's episode. As for April and Sandy being annoying? Shut your mouth. They are better than Holly, Jesse, Blaine, Sue's Mother, etc.

Easily the two best guest characters of the show.

I like Songbird as well, and I suspect the context might be another Landslide.

Sandy better than Holly and Blaine? heh, agree to disagree I guess.

For all intents and purposes, Blaine might as well be a regular by now, and thus doesn't really belong in the same category as 2-3 episode guests like April, Holly, etc. I'm a Blaine fan, Bill isn't, agree to disagree, not gonna get sucked back into that neverending argument again.

Of the guest stars...I'm a big Holly fan and think she's a lot more entertaining and a lot less annoying than April. I didn't like Sandy or think he was funny in Season 1 so I wasn't a big fan of him coming back in A Night of Neglect (although I will admit I was amused by his pink cape and cap with the dagger symbol).

Jesse was....kind of wtf. I'm not sure the writers themselves knew what his motivations were from one episode to the next, and he turned out to be a massive tool, so not a big Jesse fan, although he's a good performer.

Doris Sylvester wasn't as funny as might have been expected from Carol Burnett, but her appearance did drum up more empathy for Sue. Sue is much better when she exists at least halfway in reality instead of the cartoon villain she usually is.

Basically, April is like the Karen Walker of Glee. You either love the character, or detest it. I fall in the former category.

Songbird.... Naya's voice notwithstanding... isn't doing anything for me.

I like the original Songbird better, but I think the context is going to make the song, like Landslide.

I just with they'd give April the songs they give Gwen, since she'd blow them out of the water.

I like April in small doses. I'm fine with her doing a guest spot once every season. Any more than that then it becomes too much. Kind of the same with Holly.

I'd agree with the above. Although I actually thought "Sexy" and "Night of Neglect" did a decent job integrating Holly. She didn't dominate the entire episode like "The Substitute".

I've only liked Holly in Substitute. But I definitely think she's better in small doses... I can't say the same for Holly since, well, we've only ever HAD her in small doses.

I think it's Mike O'Malley's turn, and I agree Naya should be nominated, but I feel like Sofia Vergara should win. She needs to win at least once for that role.

I find it funny that they still try to pass of Morrison as a comedy actor...
