I felt this episode has been all in all a step down from the previous episodes this season. The show's strengths imo are the Galavan, Barnes and the Untouchables, and Bruce Begins storylines. When they steer away from that towards the half baked stories and characters of season one, the show goes off the rails.
Selina's character just seems pointless at this point, and kinda just meanders in and out of stories without really going anywhere. Bruce seems to be heading toward his destiny, Galavan is heading towards his revenge plan, the Untouchables have a forward momentum , and even Penguin is moving towards something.
Its when show's stories and characters are stuck in neutral that the show is at it weakest imo.
Its a passable episode but not one of their strongest.
