As hot as MJ was, it was no contest with Gwen IMO. Kinda the difference in Love vs. Lust in the early days.

The actress has the ability, well, not completely sold on the beautiful part (no dog, but not really in Gwen's class IMO), but the actress definitely has the ability to pull it off... now the writers, the directors, etc... there lies the problem.

She's a better fit look wise than SnaggleToot....errrr... Kirsten for MJ, but the age is a little problem. I've only seen her in Wedding Date, and I was not impressed with her in that role.

I know, and I worry about Tobey's age in upcoming sequels, IF he comes back after SM3. Rent it? Have to find out if the movie is something I would enjoy first. The actress is not enough by herself, since she has failed to impress me in the one thing I've seen of hers.

The Wedding Date was a s**ty Hollywood rom com. Junebug is actually a darn good indie. But, IMDB it, and judge for yourself whether or not it matches your "this is something I'll waste an hour and a half on" standards.
