So who's this mysterious IM'er? Sounds knowledgable
Earlier this evening I posted that I was not going to see this guy tonight.
But in the last couple of hours I've gotten a good talkin'-to from some friends who have helped me to see that I am totally overthinking it. Soooo...I have since texted him and apologized. I told him I'm still interested in meeting tonight. He texted me right back immediately and said "great!" He then informed me that he gets off the beat at midnight. He said he'll be hungry and wants to eat first. But after that, he wants us to go back to his place to "get some things off his chest."
I'm so f***ing weak.![]()
It's a good thing.![]()
I think that you should do that, LS. He needs some response from you.
Just wear those yellow coveralls and nothing else.
Is that a bit too ****ey? I can just do a fitted turtleneck.![]()
That's pretty messed up of those two guys and It's good that you're okay.
I guess. I feel...I dunno. Liberated.
Granted, I'm really going against my more cautious nature by throwing all caution to the wind but...it feels good. Since he's made all the moves so far, I'm thinking about beating him to the punch and explain to him why I initially canceled our meeting for tonight. That I am attracted to him. That might break the ice for him a bit and to get the courage he needs to express himself.
I am gonna make it easy for him to loosen up tonight. In addition to opening up to him, I'm gonna be a little less rigid than I've been with him lately. Put some fun back into it. For example, I've been collecting slogan-inspired Fireman t-shirts for years and I'm thinking about wearing one of them with some jeans. He'll get the point. Obviously, it's rather cold out but I wouldn't be wearing the jacket in the coney. But maybe he'll like it, since he'll already be in uniform. I have this one and it fits me pretty good.
