Ya Nolan probably want a trilogy with his own actor, they've been flirting for years without going forward lol

I'm not that into Bond neither, though I enjoyed Fallout Skyfall and Bond/M interaction in that one, M was the bond girl in that one basically. (I wrote Q initially lol, 21st century Bond eh)

Eh as in kiwi accent eh

the thing with Bond IMO is it's like a national treasure for UK and pop culture and you get to be THE face of 007 for a decade or more, and you get to do Olympics and a bunch of ads, be a sex symbol etc.

Oh yeah of course it is over here. I get actors wanting to do it. To me though every Bond is just the same, I think the way it’s done that version of the spy is just such an out dated concept.

just saw MI Fallout. Fun enough... but didn't McQuarrie say that "when we see the movie", we'll understand why Cavill couldn't shave for JL ?

I sure as heck didn't see anything in the film that would have prohibited him shaving... can anyone explain?

You didn't see the scene where tom cruise ended up hanging on his moustache, for dear life, while dangling from the helicopter?

I literally just read an interview with McQuarrie where he explained the whole moustache story and man you CANNOT make this stuff up. The guy was literally like "Ok, Roven. We will let Henty shave and shut down production for you and you give us 3 million for a digital moustache. Then his bosses at Paramount came in and said "Nah F*** that! We aint doing that!" Lmfao.

It wouldve been well within McQuarrie's right to tell WB to go screw themselves but he literally stuck his neck out to help Justice League.

Hollywood, man. Cannot make this stuff up.

I just left a message under Cavill's FB selfie to tell him to sign the contract, we'll join him in the sun watching MOS2 directed by McQ

I'm in Meltdown mode

See if he likes it :cwink:

Greenlite should have attached a link to a topless photo of himself, I see fangirls do that in comment section to get his attention, maybe it works :funny:

["Pony" yet again plays in the distance]

I am a humble guy and don't wanna steal Henry's mustache thunder

Lmao. I did the same to Danny Garcia. Pretty much said hope Henry's Superman contract works out and the fans would hate to lose him. I know none of them give a rats ass but hey...why not.

Nothing wrong with othe showing support. I think I might do the same with Garcia on Twitter. You never know they could read it at the right moment when they feel they need it.

WB may be the ones who need convincing.

Unfortunately, I feel like Henry hasn't quite earned the ability to play hardball here. I like him as Superman and thought he was really good in MoS and what little he was in JL. BvS was a different story, but he barely had anything to do there but mope silently because BATMAN. And he was good in M:I and UNCLE. But M:I was the only one of any of those films that got great reviews, and while critics seemed to enjoy Cavill in the film, M:I is and will always be the Tom Cruise show.

So what I'm saying is that if Henry had been in a few more movies... preferably smaller films that don't have a ton of (or any) action sequences that allowed him to display his acting chops a bit more, maybe WB would be more willing to negotiate. Right now, he's known as "that guy who played Superman" or "that guy with the mustache in M:I" or maybe "that guy who banged a lot of women on The Tudors... no, not the king, the other guy". He needs a few more roles if he really wants to be a high roller. He said he gets offered scripts all the time... he should probably consider taking some of those parts unless they're all rubbish.

Eh, we don't know what is really going on behind the scenes. What if Cavill only wants three more flicks on his contract, but WB wants more? See, we can go in circles all day long, fam. Thing is, one side always has to fold, and the house always wins. The studio always has the better hand. I have no doubt we will see Superman again, but if that Superman is played by Cavill is a whole other thing. With the current films set to start filming now, WB/DC can wait 3 more years without any Superman appearance and just end up lite rebooting and start fresh with him, tough but true.

I must have fallen asleep...:sly:

...oh well...I guess Tom really wanted to hold on to a REAL stash for once...must be tired of holding on to the beard...:cwink::woot::o

damn he was amazing in Fallout, a different side off him, more evil

we need to see him beat the **** out of darkseid, i dont care how much years we gonna wait for that
