Hah, they dumped a lot of buckets on Cavill. Great Video.

Henry and Amy seem to genuinely like each other (friend wise I mean) :)

From the MOS DVD extras-
Who was the most fun on set? The most fun, I would say Amy. Amy and I had a good laugh. We goofed around a lot when there was in between stuff and it wasn’t work.
— Henry Cavill

Posting it here for ease:

His costume looks a little brighter, but I'm not sure. He also didn't nominate anyone. Does he not speak? Why is Amy doing all the talking for him?

I noticed that too. Why doesn't he speak? I thought maybe they're trying to hide his voice but even that's not the case.

Is this an indication that he again won't have many lines in BvS just like MOS?

I certainly hope not.

Maybe he asked her to do it. Being an indication of his lines in actually movie is illogical

Is this a joke post? Are you honestly inferring his lack of talking in this will equate to the amount (or rather lack thereof) of dialogue he'll have in BvS?

There's quite literally zero correlation between the two.

If it was anyone else man I'd say they were joking. This dude is trolling though.

Do people even read what they wrote before posting it? I mean just to make sure it makes a little sense.

It's like there is some compulsion from certain people to spin every single thing even remotely related to this project as awful and worrisome.

I didn't think he'd do it in the suit, haha. Woulda been great if the last bucket was from Ben in the Batsuit.

There stands a chance that Cavill has some reservations about the ALS challenge. And since he's a classy fellow, he's not saying much and just being a good sport.

Henry and Amy look good. I'm satisfied with what I've seen of the suit so far.

This video is clearly directed by Snyder, it is on his channel and you can hear him laughing on the soundtrack. And yes the video is directed, with the actors facing the camera and the water throwers coming in on cue (all ALS videos are directed, when we did one for our university, we directed it too).

So maybe Zack just likes Cavill in the frame and doesn't like to have him speaking as much. It certainly seemed that way in MOS to me. Might be the case here as well, who knows?

PS: Whether there was humor in my post or not, I will leave that to the individual readers to figure out.

Cool to see him do it in costume. Amy too.

Maybe the reason Cavill doesnt speak is because he's trying to stay in character as Superman? Maybe they shot this during a break from a scene in the BvS movie. Obvious really, since they are wearing movie clothing.

Oh I've figured it out alright. You're trolling.

Take a week off along with an infraction. Your constant trolling here is coming to an end.

Wise up during that week and figure out that consistent trolling like that won't be tolerated and if you have another flare up when you come back then your time off will be on a more permanent basis.

Cavill is one for method acting you say? :hmm

I just figured that he thought it might be jarring for him to speak with an English accent while wearing the suit. I remember him saying that he has to warm up to speaking with an American accent, and he might not have had time to do so before they decided to accept the challenge. Who knows?

This seems like the most logical reason. I remember in the behind the scenes stuff on the blu-ray he was speaking with an American accent. Perhaps to stay in character so he didn't slip while filming. Also, I noticed Amy's hair was wet prior to her getting doused. Not that that means anything. Just an observation.:yay:

I really dig what they did with the sleeves, that circle detailing. The forearm armor or whatever that was in the MOS costume was just a bad design choice.

But yeah, receding Superman it is. :csad: Sigh.

I noticed that too. Like you said, it's probably nothing.

RE: Cavill's hairline: I feel like it's the style that's making it look the way it does.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. Do you mean the parts around his wrists? They don't look that different to me...maybe not quite so pronounced. Is that what you mean?

Some people's hairline is just like that. Mine is, and it's been like that for years.
