When I was a kid watching superheroes, they didnt need muscle suits. But the suit looks good - I am glad they listened to all the criticisms and have made it more colorful. Also that they have covered up Cavill's chest more so we dont see the chest hair.
"Epic?" I have another word for that post but I'll get in trouble if I write it.

You're not making any sense here. First of all, many actors wore muscle suits back in the day. Even Christopher Reeve's costume was slightly padded in certain areas whether people choose to believe so or not. Secondly, are you being deliberately obtuse in suggesting that Cavill "needs" a muscle suit? Seriously? Very few would argue that his physique is more impressive than that of his predecessors in the role. Moreover, the use of muscle/definition suits in Snyder's films is clearly just a creative decision on the part of the director.
I really don't see a big difference either way in Henry's size.
He is bigger but not by much.
Old HC is cutting a pretty imposing figure as the Man of Steel.
I reckon he'll be even better in the sequel, Andrew Garfield was better
as PP/SM in TASM 2, as he was more comfortable with the character.
I think Cavill will up his game (he was definitely good in MOS) but I
reckon that this film will put the doubters to rest.
I mean, he totally has the look (when he walked out in the suit for the first time in MOS I was like "yup, THAT's Superman." ) but hopefully this new story will allow him to develop the character a bit more.
cheers.
What doubters? Most people seem to have enjoyed his performance. He is the exact opposite of an underdog, despite what a (frankly) curiously high number of people would have you believe.
I want to do STUFF, THIIIIIINGS to that man.
