Actually Spidey he said he's grown up on them and would love to them. Heck there was informal talk's a few years back between him an the Bond producers. He will do one it's just a mater of when.

His age was the only thing preventing him from being Bond ten years ago. But a part of me wants to see him pull off a 40+ year old Superman. Unless there was a way he could do both ;)

I was talking about Chris Nolan directing a Bond film Coco.

I agree with you here. I think Cavill is going to age gracefully, so him playing an 40+ bond would be perfect! But if he could do both now, he sure is in shape for the role! I would love to see him activate his bond-type charisma on-screen!

I mean come on!!

If Nolan did Bond, I think Bale would be first choice. I don't think Nolan will ever do bond but I thought I'd put that out there because it's true. Sorry.:oldrazz:
I think he'd be completely miscast as Bond (and I'm a huge Balehead). I remember 10 years ago when his name came up when people were wondering who'd be cast for Casino Royale. Bale does intensity and po-faced seriousness like no other actor but what he lacks for Bond I think is that British charm and wit (ironically he's from Britain). Tom Hardy might be a better choice but even he problematic in the same way as Bale.

If Cavill never gets to play Bond, it'll be a missed oppurtunity for the franchise IMO. Superman has probably killed any chance of him being Bond. Michael Fassbender would be another great choice as well as Idris Elba. But Cavill, talk about having the perfect look...

I'm gonna say something controversial here: I think Henry should stay away from Bond and concentrate on making UNCLE a hit spy franchise.

He'd be a fantastic Bond, but I think it's better for his career to do something like UNCLE.

I can see that. It's almost like Bond, but a little funnier...at least that's what I'd guess from my limited impressions of the film. A solid bit of comedy added to Henry's resume wouldn't hurt his career at all!

I think being Bond requires (asides from the looks and physicality and acting ability) a certain natural charm and swagger. All the Bonds so far have had it, in varying degrees. Even Craig, whose Bond has been called a 'rough diamond' and the most aggressive yet, still has an innate charm. Being Bond requires a certain degree of that cockiness and ego.

I love Bale as an actor - he has terrific ability and can really transform himself for any role. But I don't think he possesses that natural suaveness, he comes across more introverted and sometimes brutish. However I do think Cavill has it. I thought it when I saw the way he walked out on stage at comic con with Affleck. He comes across as a very self-sure and confident guy.

Henry Cavill Officially Launches CavillConservation Clothing Line 2

Boom!!! The shop at CavillConservation.com is officially open. Read Henry’s announcement below.
Hello once again fellow conservationists!
As some of you may have noticed the store is now officially open! So, all of you that support the work that Durrell does and by extension, all of us here at Cavill Conservation, you can now wear the logo with pride.
Now I may be stating the obvious, but it’s worth mentioning, that all profits go towards saving endangered species from extinction and not my dog’s daily feeding fund!
Thank you all for doing your part in making a difference. Every little bit counts.
Yours sincerely
Henry

I would wear those hoodies. Cool initiative.

I actually agree with you. I would love to see the U.N.C.L.E. franchise take off and become it's own entity like Bond has done. Hopefully they will get at least 3 movies out of it. With that said, I would not be disappointed it he were offered the role of Bond.

Chicken legs they said :funny:

That sounds great. And I would be all for it

Imagine if Rick Grimes looked as dapper as Henry Cavill.

I've never noticed before, but you're actually right. Can't unsee it now.

Why do people continue to be annoying and referring to the MOS superman as "Man of murder". It's becoming really annoying and is clearly used to try and start crap for people who enjoyed MOS. Just quit it, it's old.
