Henry talking about getting hard is too much. Jaysus! So far interviews for UNCLE are a LOT juicier than the ones from MoS... What's he gonna say next?? :hmr:

That interview is a great read in it's entirety, Cavill is very down to earth and very likable.

doesn't sound good. :( which mean no superman solo movie... sigh.

LOL, seriously that's what you got from those comments??!

WB have officially stated that they are planning another superman solo and it makes perfect sense because the character makes money and if BvS, SS and JL are successful then it will give DC movies alot of clout leading to huge boost in the box office for all the solo movies.

Another superman solo is coming, just relax and hope that WB hires a good director this time around.

I want a solo Superman movie (with Cavill) too, preferably with some other director at the helm.

I'm happy to say you are very likely to get your wish because snyder is going to be way too busy to do another superman solo and I for one couldn't be happier about it.

Good, I am curious how the movie will turn out without any involvement from Snyder, Goyer, Zimmer and Nolan.

It sounds better already :o.

Well Nolan helped bring the project together but he wasn't as involved as we all had hoped (otherwise superman snapping zod's neck wouldn't have happened) and why wouldn't zimmer be involved?
As for Snyder, well he is a good visual director but an average story teller at best IMO, while Goyer has great ideas but can be a very poor story teller.
Not having either of them involved would be blessing IMO.

Don't get me wrong..I just loove all the Nolan movies, I aslo like most of the Snyder's work (including MoS) and Zimmer's scores and whatever Goyer has contributed to comic book movies But...

I am also a Superman fan who wants to see a Superman movie without any of those influences, get a new team.. let them decide the story and tone and everything.

Agreed.

There are quite a few directors who have shown interest in making a superman movie like Aronofsky and Vaughn, so who knows maybe we'll get lucky.

More dialogue for supes would be nice, especially since Cavill pulls it off so well. It'd be wise for them to showcase what an amazing casting he was.

Thats my number 1 wish for this movie.I hope the next trailers showcase this to put my mind at rest

That's not true. Some of us really like Ritchie's films! And Cavill's awesome!

Surprised so many people here seem sure UNCLE will flop. I don't think it will at all. May not hugely set the box office alight but I think it will be solid.

Another wave of people have just seen the film and all the Twitter reviews are overwhelmingly positive, have copied some below in case anyone cares:

#ManFromUNCLE was surprisingly good. It's chock full of Cracker Jack wit and sly charm. Chemistry amongst leads is great.

#ManFromUNCLE was pretty good. Review should be up on @NotYetRatedSite within the next few days.

#ManFromUNCLE sets a new standard for what spy movies can and will be in the future; Ritchie proves he still has the golden touch. #mustsee

In case you're curious, #ManFromUNCLE is the best spy movie of the year. Slick, stylish, and good old fashioned fun. @ManFromUNCLE

Just got out of a sneak preview of #ManFromUNCLE. I see it fitting as a double feature with The Kingsman in a lot of ways.

#ManFromUNCLE was a really good movie. The Cavill and Hammer scenes were the best.

#ManFromUNCLE hits all the points. Great directing. Great cast. Great fun. Great-point-oh out of 10.

Personally I don't pay attention to twitter reviews but I think critics will like the movie.

And somehow, I doubt any woman would mind being in that situation with Cavill. Heck, I know of a few posters here who would go to great lengths to have been in that woman's position. :o

:raises hand: But you all already knew that.

I love how he has to add that the woman's breasts were "spectacular." I wonder who it was.

Here's a picture of Cavill from the upcoming Men's Fitness article:

:ilv: He looks amazing!

"I ask him what every guy who’s ever watched a movie sex scene has wondered: Has he ever found himself, er, unintentionally aroused on set?"

:funny: :funny:

I can't stop giggling at this answer. My God.

I think it will do well. Even if it doesn't make a lot of money, I still believe it will be a good movie. And those reviews are promising.

I think the film will do well. Kingsmen: Secret Service did $400m+ worldwide and showed that a light-hearted spy romp can be commercially successful. Man from UNCLE is arguably a better known property and also slightly less extreme than Kingsman.

Lol at him trying to justify his *****. He only got it because her breasts were SO spectacular, okaaaaay?! From his description of the girl basically rubbing herself on him and her breasts, I think we can assume he's talking about this scene:

That’s the only picture suitable for posting. Ya know the scene?? To be fair, her (huge) boobs were right in his face. Poor Cav-El.

I don't recognize the scene from that pic? More details? Without getting NSFW

Off camera there is a naked girl on top of him with her breasts in his face. It’s series one, when he cheats on Margaret when she’s really sick. (I PMed you the gif haha)

Wait Aronosky was interested?Wow!

a Solo Superman movie after Justice League Part 2 sounds probable and makes sense, of course they are still not talking about that since it's still a long way.

As a potential new Superman director, Vaughn would be welcomed three times by me.

Aronofsky not so much.

I love Aronofsky's work, but I wouldn't want him to be involve with something so commercial/studio driven (and I don't think he wants to anyways). He's better off doing his own thing.
