I hear ya ISS. In I think 1969, it was the first Earth Day celebration, and they had a concert in Central Park. My mom worked for Ma Bell close to the park (that's right ONE TELEPHONE COMPANY back then) and her friends teased her that since there were going to be celebrities there that maybe she'd run into Paul Newman. My mom laughed it off. Well... Who comes walking across the street (It is '69, so the man was in his prime)? That's right. My mom actually fainted. Her friends had to hold her little body up.

I think if I were to meet Sigourney Weaver today I would have the same reaction.

That is such a great story. I can't blame your mom.

I would have fainted seeing 80 year old Paul Newman let alone Newman in his blindingly gorgeous prime.

Listen I am a defender of the darker growing into himself Superman and of Man of Steel in particular but they do need to give the people what they want eventually. Not a Chris Reeve clone performance or characterization like some obnoxious fans want but just get him past the angst. Even I will get tired of it if it continues past Dawn of Justice.

He's down one movie as an awakening arc, next movie will be a growth arc, from then on you'll see a settled character.

It's been confirmed that the Wonder Woman movie is pretty much one long flashback. There will be scenes that take place in the present day.

I think they could do it w/o it feeling forced. It could be as simple as WW making the decision (her case) to be more active outside of her world because the world needs her helps as seen in WWI flashbacks and the events from BvS. Bringing Superman into her circle and having the amazons meet him could be how she does the proverbial "I will join you in the sun t:, superman". It could be as simple as that.

Seeing Diana working alongside Supes as he assists in disasters around the world would be awesome which could transition into Diana bringing him to meet the amazons on Themiscara with this emphasis on him being the first man on the island in over 80 years.

If that is what happens then supes truly would have had his trilogy it just wouldn't have been solo.
