He didn't kill the terrorist, this is why I think people are going overboard and really looking to pummel the movie even more than it deserves.
A human wouldn't go through concrete like that, he'd at best break one layer, given that and Superman mentioning he didn't kill anyone it's clear that he didn't kill him.
Horrible depiction of Superman all round though, Cavill's not wooden, it's just a really stale poorly written version of the character. Let's be honest, he did play second fiddle to Batman in this film, we all knew it would happen.
Still no real big Super rescues? All we get is this [BLACKOUT]lazy little montage of him landing with a girl, towing a ship and landing with a rocket, that was Snyders way of saying "See he does save people, now shut up about MOS". As a Superman fan I'd have liked more than that in a Superman movie. We were kind of teased into thinking we'd get a big rescue where you actually see the rescue, build suspense, they even teased a shirt rip! Was any of that in there? Nope, the whole thing was a big tease.

Also, the senate! I was waiting for some great speech from Superman to speak to these people and explain his side, [BLACKOUT]I thought maybe this will be powerful, it can be uplifting. But in true Snyderman style he says nothing[/BLACKOUT]
