The Amazing Spider-Man 2 How should the Goblin look???

I really just want Hulk Goblin on a smaller scale.

Like this:

He looks like he's from DragonBall Z.

I've never liked the front pair of horns. Back pair looks cool though. Also could act as an anchor for the cap!!

I've always said I thought the USM Goblin would look good if they kept him normal-sized. And if the individual on the glider is indeed a Goblin, it stands to reason he'll probably be kept man-sized (though it's possible he's still huge, no way to know with how far away he is). But what makes me very happy is that he'll obviously retain intelligence, since he has the wits to operate a glider at least.

So it appears we MAY get a mix of 616 and Ultimate, which I don't really mind.

Hey wait - the billboard to the right of electro... is that a shot of Gobby face?

is it explained in the new comics why he turns into a goblin? most of his villains are animal related why a fantasy figure like a goblin?

I see a green face and a purple helmet. I'm on board, until we get a HQ pic... Then I'll nitpick. :o

It's kinda funny but as though we know that's the goblin in that photo, it very much looks like Dane still you know? How much prosthetics were used?..I guess we'll find out.

Not to any logical "science" detail if that's what you mean. He becomes green and monster like because Oz did it and he's supposed to be the Green Goblin lolz.
But I think they don't really refer to any Goblin-inspired thing for the drug, they just call him Goblin because that's what his mutation made him look like.

The one thing I'm wondering is if the goblin is going to have hair or will he be bald? I just have this weird feeling that they would want to keep his transformation somewhat realistic. Of course we don't know how much cgi they're using on him either. This gonna bother me and I don't think we're getting another look at him unless he's leaked out through merchandise.

Made this up after looking at the poster. Envisioned something kinda like this...

Did you make a DeHaan version as well? ;)

I would have preferred the mutated goblin, but after The Lizard they could end up being a bit samey.

By 'mutated' you mean a transformation? Cause it appears that is the route they are taking. The difference being, the Goblin will still be human-sized.

Norman's choice of the "Goblin" figure is due a childhood fear of it he had.

Its very complex, but it has to due with the psychological issues Norman had growing up. Especially in relation to his abusive father.

i watched some of the animated amazing spiderman series and it seems all are having daddy issues

It depends on which Goblin it is because based on the new poster it is unclear of whether or not it is Norman or it is Harry.
