Hence why people should get regularly tested if they're having sex with more than one person that hasn't been tested already.

It's probably not her first time, and it was yours. Which means you're clean and you don't know about her. So just get tested to get it over with. If it turns out negative and you trust her enough not to sleep with anyone, then you don't have to do it again.

It could happen. Condoms make sex safer. It's not fool-proof, as with all protective measurements. Nothing is 100% safe.
