A woman can have sex with 60 guys and be completely clean, and a virgin can get an STD on her very first time. It's not about numbers. All it takes is an encounter with one person that has the disease, to contract it.

Hence why people should get regularly tested if they're having sex with more than one person that hasn't been tested already.
