That's random. Why would Cate Blanchett lie about it? And if Hela has been free since the Bifrost was destroyed (back in 2011!) then why has she not done anything until now?

In my defense, I haven't been to those threads yet today.

But yeah, it definitely seems like a sign going into IW. I'm just kind of shocked that they finally got comic Thanos away from Death from the time being. Almost feels like this should've happened long ago.

I was always thinking they could mix Hela and Death as characters.

I wouldn't say ruined. It provided a rift, sure, but they've interacted plenty over the last two decades.

Now that I think about it, maybe Death hooking up with Deadpool was payback for the debacle with the Infinity Gauntlet? haha

Death is currently an enemy. She's helping Thanos' son try to kill him, so hey, at least Thanos was single before hooking up with Hela!

I wonder how much screen time Thanos has in this. I know he's CGI but I thought Brolin was going the mocap. But now that he's also Cable, and I assume that starts filming soon...
