Personally, I like Mad Hatter, Black Mask, Anarky, Dr. Destiny, Clayface, etc.
Just villains we haven't seen much of...I mean look at what begins did for Scarecrow and Ras. Neither was huge in the public eye, but now they seem to be more well known...
If I were doing The Penguin and he were a main villain, I would want him exciting but still more realistic then Burton's. He would be a sicko still but also one who loved his rich tastes. Kind of a high bred between the 2 interpretations.
I would make him short, fat, greasy, extremely ugly and constantly eating those little herrings out of the can giving him a fish smell. He keeps tons of birds, (and if you want to get real freakish he even feeds some of them like a mother bird to a baby bird). He does have a few trick umbrellas, none that can fly or anything but maybe one with a machine gun or flame thrower.
Despite all the weirdness of this guy, he would be surrounded by beautiful women, drink bloody mary's and smoke expensive cigars. Basically the theme would be the true power of money. The character is so rich, that despite being extremely grotesque he can still live the high life and no one can tell him a thing. This would be my model.
That last post made no sense. I wouldn't mind to see Maxie Zeus, but he's definitely not my first choice for a villain in the Nolan-verse. Personally, I like Mad Hatter, Black Mask, Anarky, Dr. Destiny, Clayface, etc.

Deja vu. And here we go againDo you know the thing that went like "if a lie is big ebough and repeated enough times, people will buy it"? Well, you remind me of Hitler sometimes.
Just a reminder. I still love you.
Hitler was a tactical genius, so I'll take that as a compliment.t:
But it's ok, cuz you're Melkay, and you can say things like that.
