the poll should've been just the 3 characters that everyone voted for. and even then I say it should've been just iron man vs spidey because it seems obvious to me that iron man has had the central limelight in the mcu even though cap is the leader of the avengers.

Well that could very well change when Doctor Strange or black panther comes out, or heck even AntMan. But rumors say marvel is hoping Strange becomes their next big hitter

but spiderman is marvel's flagship character... he's like the batman/superman to dc. that's never gonna and should never change.

I want a close-to-perfect Spider-Man movie. I've made a habit of staying away from reviews before watching movies, but I'd love a mid-80s to early-90s Tomatometer score for once.

I want a close-to-perfect Spider-Man movie. I've made a habit of staying away from reviews before watching movies, but I'd love a mid-80s to early-90s Tomatometer score for once.

Anything above 80 would be totally fine, but if it landed a 90+ it would be a dream! And 3/4 of 2014s CBMs landed 89 or above scores (spidey the one that didn't)

Now that I think about it, Molina's Doctor Octopus is really the only universally acclaimed onscreen Spider-Man villain. With good reason, obviously, the rest of them were good-to-decent-to-downright awful. Dafoe's Green Goblin was held back by that mask, and Foxx's Electro was let down by the script.

sony is keeping the rights no matter what. people need to understand that. this deal is about sony and disney coming to an agreement, not about sony selling spidey back.

but i thought if arad left, it would be a lot easier to negotiate so why would this be bad news?

Its funny that in tasm2 interview he said they have so many plans for multiple movies and stuff but given what these hacks showed they didnt have anything planned at all. Just stupid ideas.

It's his word over everyone else's. Hirai can tell Sony Pictures what to do and if he wants a deal with Marvel to get made, it will get made.
