Inception didn't REALLY have an antagonist, if you think about it.Well in a way, but antagonist means enemy, and usually an individual or organization. You could stretch it to nature, but in reality in terms of story telling the antagonist is usually a person.
But the conflict/inciting incident is Earth and it's condition.

Yes, but he's the protagonist too.Cobb himself is the antagonist, or the closest thing to one. He's the one that puts all of the characters in jeopardy and provides much of the obstacles they face.
