From NolanFans.com, apparently the same guy who told us that there are more Interstellar clips disguised as stock footage in the teaser trailer is saying that...

Please be true.

So, uh, remember when there was a movie called Interstellar coming out? Apparently Christopher Nolan was directing it.

Can't wait for March 26th. Get hype! :awesome:

Finished watching this trailer 10 times just now. I'm convinced this will probably be my favorite movie this year. Not only that but I'm pretty sure Matthew created something really special with his performance in this movie. Those few seconds show a man who has delved deep into the ocean of his character and grabbed it by the heart to truly live every second of the script that was handed to him.

Now off to watch the trailer again.

How can you get this much impression of a teaser that shows almost nothing?

Chris probably wouldn't do it but I think Jonah would be a good choice to direct Star Trek 3.

We should be getting footage descriptions soon. From THR:

Paramount footage fest at #CinemaCon: 'Interstellar,' 'The Gambler,' 'Hercules,' 'Sponge Bob,' 'Transformers: Age of Extinction'

False alarm. :hehe:

No new 'Interstellar' footage at the Paramount presentation. Could be saving it for Nolan event on Wednesday... #CinemaCon

I went from :applaudto :argh:

Anyway, teaser poster revealed.

Nothing is ready to be shown yet according to Nolan.

...And then there are some real promising Oscar contenders like Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar. Brief footage (but nothing new) was shown from that featuring voice over narration by star Matthew McConaughey. At the same Rebels With A Cause event where he sat at Brad Grey’s table on the Paramount soundstage, Nolan told me he doesn’t have much to show yet for the November release, but said he thought McConaughey was just extraordinary in the big scale and much-awaited movie. Nolan will be here on Wednesday for a discussion of the future of film (close to his heart) and other topics close to the convention’s heart.

Some info from his talk today.

Nolan says they shot more of 'Interstellar' in IMAX than any of his previous movies

Post on 'Interstellar' is longer than usual for him because of heavy FX.

Says the technical presentation in theaters of INTERSTELLAR is the most challenging of all his films thus far.

Tone of #interstellar is very different for him. It's about harking back to films from his childhood & the experience they gave him. "I grew up in an era that was a golden age of the blockbuster when something we might call a family film could have universal appeal. That's something I want to see again. In terms of the tone of the film, it looks where we are as a people and has a universality about human experience."

Nolan says he saw an early cut of MUD and that's what made him realize Matthew McConaughey's potential.
"I needed someone who was an everyman, someone the audience could experience the story with. He's just a phenomenal, charismatic presence in this movie. His performance is shaping up to be extraordinary."

Michael Caine does "something new."

Nolan had his production crew design and build the spaceship sets."We shot it like a documentary".
It meant his design team had to prepare their futuristic visions ahead of time. But it "paid huge dividends for the actors."

Nolan says he always views his current film as possibly his last film. He never plans for far ahead.

He didn't know who to root for in this year's best actor race: Leo, Christian and Matthew all worked with the director.
