Is it just me or is the tide of opinion turning on this movie?

i think what you dont understand is that there are some people who are inteligent enough to understand that changes are important to make a DB movie. but they just dont like teh changes from FOX.
some changes are cliche and are just wrong for a DB movie. just because somethign worked in a spiderman movie in 2002 that doesnt mean that it will automatic in DB.

Thats why I like the changes that were made in order for it to look good in live action. I know if they translated everything EXACTLY from the anime to live action, it would look BAD.

This is what most haters dont understand, they want an exact copy of the anime in this movie and thats impossible, it would look ridiculous.

Of all the changes, this is the one that bothers me. I really dislike this version of Goku. Even in the trailer he annoys me, I don't want to put up with him for a whole film. This is more than Piccolo being the wrong colour or Bulma having the wrong hair. They have seriously messed up the main character. He's going to be an anchor to this film, like Shia LaBeouf was in Transformers.

That said, there are other major issues as well, and not just related to changes that were made from the source material.

I think he worked in TF because not only was he the robots connection to humans, but he also served as comic relief from time to time. I thought the movie kept a pretty good pace, and once the Autobots arrived, the real action began. But enough about TF, Chatwin will be cool

well the dialoge was after h found out that gohan is dead and after a serious talk with rochi at hes house.


i like hes face. he is able to make goofy faces like goku would do. teh leatehr jacket i dotn like but i am happy that he has hes GI in the final battle.

I would actually prefer it if DBE were a pleasant surprise. If this movie fails I doubt we'll see DB on the big screen again for a long time.

eventually fans will make their own movie and it'll rock..there's already a dude working on a db project but he only posted here once and that was like 2 months ago....i wish he'd ''visit'' us more often...
