On one hand, we have JACK BAUER. An unstopable, seemingly unkillable man. He has military and special ops training, has been wooed by one of the most elite secret army units in the US, and has survived and emerged triumphant from 5 of those hellish days chronicled on 24.

No one has bee able to best Jack in a fight, and no one has been able to outsmart him.

Jack Bauer will do whatever it takes to achieve his goal, including torture and murder.

In the other corner, we have BATMAN. A master of every martial art known to man and also a master tactitian, Batman's main flaw here is that he will NOT do whatever it takes to achieve his goal. He will not kill.

There may be other factors that I am not thinking of, so feel free to bring them up.
