If you want a classic Bond theme, then the usual style of the vocalist doesn't really matter- they just need to have a good voice. Someone like Rihanna could successfully sing a 'Goldfinger' type song.

It's funny, their old song Big Boots (previously Man-O-War) has a lot of Bond-esque elements. I even think Thom Yorke and/or Jonny Greenwood commentented that it started out with them jokingly trying to write a Bond song.
