I don't think anything was confirmed but it looks like natural teeth. Also looks to be a smeared on smile ala Ledger's Joker.

Very similiar but there seems to be a gap in the black stripe running along the lapels thats not in the gif.

On the left it looks like it's still there, angle of arm minimizes it. I think it's just the interpolation (between 3 actual stills) makes it seem that way.

I think it's just the lipstick making them stand out more (and additional lipstick beyond his lips) + the grill pushing it out more. Doesn't look much different in these two pics side by side
