a completely and totally other road to hop on here, i really dig leto's joker as far as i see, but i just ran into prince's version, and i must say, visually, i never realised that prince looked a real lot like a proper joker......

anyways.....i dont think prince would have been a decent joker ever, apart from the fact he was a friggin music gawd.

No.. He really doesn't, and no it isn't. It would probably just be a re-hash of his laughable Goblin performance anyway.

Honestly, I don't even typecast anymore after Ledger. I was NOT a fan of him getting that role.

nope leto was actually a fan cast for myself because he is a phenomenal actor who can disappear in roles and can be quite creepy he also had the perfect build for it

The description that Adewale gave of his Killer Croc mask reminds me of the mask they were originally going to use for Green Goblin. Basically Adewale said that the Killer Croc mask is very responsive to his own face and that reminds me of this video of the original Goblin mask for the first Rami Spider-Man movie.

Yeah I was actually hoping for Leto which is why I was absolutely over the moon when speculation came of him being Joker. I thought it was too good to be true but it happened, and it's been glorious...can't wait.

Umm.. It's a called a 'hypothesis' If Leto were the first choice and Gosling got the role, a lot of you (I bet) would be saying the same thing about him. That you're glad it never happened and we got Gosling instead. Not trying to be rude but i've seen how these things play out. A lot of people say they're glad we didn't get Joaquin Phoenix as Strange or Charlie Rowe as Spider-Man, yet i'd bet they'd be saying the same the same thing about Cumberbatch and Tom if they weren't chosen.
