Jared Leto IS The Joker - Part 6

It's what he does John. It's why I don't get the love for them as a couple. I mean... It's an Ike and Tina relationship. There's nothing cutesy about it.

Krypton... I wasn't being serious. I have seen their past and this doesn't surprise me at all... That's the point... she'll overcome that and may be more independent from Joker like in the new comics. (while still having at her deepest, feelings for him)

Oh, I know you were... joking. :sly:

Joker looks like he's spending a night at the Roxbury wearing that jacket

I really like the movements Leto is busting. It's got that Rock Band front man energy.

Dem tatts and grills are there. Can't see the one on the forehead though. See grill, top of stomach tatt, rot pectoral tatt, and left hand tatt.

Damn.It does look like he has the forehead tat.. :(

Looks like it could be just the lighting, or smeared make-up, or possibly blood. It definitely doesn't look like tattoos if that's what you're getting at.

Looks to me like they've not finished applying white make-up to his face – didn't see any tattoos in other vids though :woot:

Still not a fan of Jokers look. :csad:

Hmmm... i'm undecided right now! Hair and skin colour are great. Doesn't appear to have tattoos (I can't see any facial tats), and I don't mind the grills, as I think the light reflecting off them will make his smile pop out.
However, not a fan of the lack of eyebrows... the comic-book joker has always had very expressive eyebrows! Also lips are not standing out too much... not enough red lipstick... however the images are very blurry, so probably will look much better on screen.

His body language is like Arkhamverse Joker meets David Bowie with a hint of Frank Booth.

Wow...He's moving in such a theatrical style, very camp and hammy, like he's on the stage in a play...I love it :waa:

Still not digging it, and that's without the tats on show. Benefit of the doubt until I see more.

i really like how he moved in that set video
very sinister and theatrical at the same time, i loved the way he was constantly moving his arms and hands around

I love the flash, showy, theatrical design to the character, and what I can infer from Leto's gestural, wriggly performance. No tattoos? Dare we believe?

This is strikingly similar to a concept I wrote about here some time between Batman Begins and TDK, where I suggested that The Joker's flamboyance could be modernised by having him drive a stolen purple sports car and wear an 80s style suit with an open shirt. I think I suggested he would wear polarised shades. Clearly that detail was omitted to avoid cries of plagiarism.
