Jared Leto IS The Joker - Part 6

Like I've stated before, I think that on stage theatricality that he has as a front man is really going to be something he can tap into for this.

Can't see any sign of facial tats. I never thought they'd be there. DC's most iconic villain with his character description tattooed on his forehead while they're making their shared universe? Doubt it.

I love the flash, showy, theatrical design to the character, and what I can infer from Leto's gestural, wriggly performance. No tattoos? Dare we believe?

This is strikingly similar to a concept I wrote about here some time between Batman Begins and TDK, where I suggested that The Joker's flamboyance could be modernised by having him drive a stolen purple sports car and wear an 80s style suit with an open shirt. I think I suggested he would wear polarised shades. Clearly that detail was omitted to avoid cries of plagiarism.

Wait..Reg....are you fo real??

Dude... you were Inceptioned.

Are you perhaps avoiding the responsibility of suggesting the tattoos as well?

Love how he moves, very showy. His hair is alarmingly bright, but they do always dull the colors down in the movie anyway.
Poor Harley ... Although was expecting it considering he usually knocks her around.

She was threatening to shoot him, mind. I'd do the same if my lass pulled my Walther PPK pellet gun on me :o

Yes. I will try to find the post at some point, though it was so long ago it may actually have been on Jett's ****** site.

I was joking about the likelihood of influence on the movie, however. Anyone looking at the same source material with the same approach in mind is likely to have come up with some of the same ideas.

Is it just me or does he look a lot like TAS Joker here?

Is he wearing lipstick there, his lips are looking rather red :)

Probably a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong shot here but. Does anyone else see similarities between the gun Harley is using and Deadshot's pistol?

Could this not be a flashback? And then Joker would have his tattoos in the present, once he's in prison?

I'd say it's very likely to be, though. We've heard we'll mostly be seeing Joker in prison in the movie, and Harley here looks more Quinzel than Quinn. Plus the tattoos are absent.

She does look like Quinzel I guess but, she just shot a dude without flinching, oh and there are tattoos.

I'm pretty sure it's a flashback. The movie is supposed to start with Harley as we know her. And as has been said, Joker should be in prison.

How freaking happy I am these two are playing Joker and Harley...

I think, it's a flashback. Skwad Joker will have a white suit.

She's so upset with him killing Robin, according to the rumours, but she's merrily fine with killing an innocent truck driver herself? Nah.

im getting a Scott Weiland sort of vibe with the way he moves his whole body around while talking in that video. definitely the rock star front man coming out in his performance

I love it as well. Thrilled about that.

1) Harley is insane. Hypocrisy it to be expected.

2) Robin probably would have been a teenager when Joker killed him. The truck driver is obviously a grown man. Even hardened criminals often feel protective of children.
