HE DOES HAVE TATTOOOOS!!!! BUT HE DOESN'T HAVE THE FOREHEAD TATOO!!!!

Again, the photos are so low-res that the fine-scripted tattoo might have simply been blurred into obscurity.

If you were to take the official Joker image, shrink it, and lower the resolution of it, the forehead tattoo probably wouldn't be visible there either.

I'd LOVE for it to be gone, but I'm not about to get my hopes up over some poor quality set photos.

This Joker is super flamboyant and gaudy. The movements and mannerisms were pretty spot on though.

The tattoos, grills and Lambo is what I'm having doubts about. Essentially the materialistic gaudy aspect for the Joker is something I'm not too sure will work.

My sentiments as well. And the reasons for the tattoos will be quite interesting to know off if they explain them. If it really is to make him a,"Badass tough guy", I don't understand why that would be necessary.
