Leto did not sign on to play and eratz Joker of the DCEU. He came to play THE Joker of the DCEU.

It's a really stupid idea, and it troubles me that I have seen it more than once.

Well, I've only seen it once; though again I took a hiatus from these boards for a couple of months.

Personally I don't really mind it because it just seems like BB: RotJ inspired and it can fit in regards to what we have been shown so far, and if WB chooses to go that route.
