Just no harpoon hand.
It's not that I'm super dead set against it, but that particular version kinda felt like an attempt to have people take him seriously by changing his appearance, whereas we've learned from Johns' run, he can look like classic Aquaman and not be a joke by the writing.
But to kinda clarify what I mean by classic, I don't mind if he has a different hair color, beard or a "tribal" look to make him look like he's obviously from Atlantis.
And some suit alterations are fine.
But if they try to make him look completely different than the character like he NEEDS it to be taken seriously, I'd have an issue with it.
Snyder is good at translating from comic to screen. I don't want Aquaman to be his one departure because the powers that be are too afraid of the actual character.
