So Jason Momoa is at Boston Comic-Con this weekend. He has a Q&A panel tomorrow at 11am so here's hoping for some Aquaman info tomorrow. I think we will probably get another "I don't know, we will see" answer but how cool would be if just came out said "I talk to fish and I'm Aquaman!”

Like with almost everything with BvS there was a fair amount of pissing and moaning about Jason possibly in the role. For myself, I think he's got it in him to wow us with the part, as long as his Aquaman is commanding and noble. He's got screen presence and a natural charisma. I hope he pulls off something to ease all the stigma the character has in the wider audience.

I think if we go a year without hearing anything official related to Momoa, then he's not in the movie. There's so much news/rumors about Momoa now that it wouldn't make sense to wait a year to confirm it.

I was wondering because anytime someone mentions he will be Aquaman or is confirmed because such and such, people are so quick to say, "nope. WB hasn't confirmed it." but it's not the same reaction with the other mystery casts. Obviously we want official WB confirmation, but that's interesting.

This is probably the most exciting image for Aquaman so far. It's funny cause it matches a take on the character I envisioned a while back. It looks like as with most of Snyder's preferences regarding DC, that we'll be getting the 90's Arthur Curry. Which in this case, is the best Aquaman. Especially in Morrison's JLA.

I wonder whether he'll have his hook-hand, or whether they'll save him losing his hand (Luke Skywalker style) to his solo-film which may be one of those 9 unannounced films.

I just hope Momoa blondes his hair before filming!

Aquaman is in the movie and Jason Momoa is playing him, plain and simple. I know WB/DC haven't confirmed it yet but come on...he's playing him. Technically Ray Fisher hasn't been confirmed yet by WB/DC but no one seems to be questioning the validity of his casting but when the same trades have confirmed Aquamoa people are suddenly skeptical? I get the skepticism, I really do. There have been so many rumors it is hard put stock in most of them but when every single trade has confirmed Jason Momoa as Aquaman then it is safe to say he is Aquaman. If you really don’t think that Jason Momoa is Aquaman or has any involvement in the film then I really don’t know what to tell you at this point. I just hope this debate of is he or isn’t he can just end real soon.

Yep I kinda feel like it's not a question anymore. All of the trades say he is playing Aquaman, the obvious fact that he is in the same gym (is that what it is?) as Mark Twight and Gal Gadot and Snyder calls in to a radio station defending Aquaman's honor. Everybody who reads my posts should know by now that I don't take random rumors and fan speculations to heart but when the evidence is starring me right in the face I'm not going to ignore it.
