Jeph Loeb and Marvel???

According to Wikipedia (I don't know if it's true or not), Jemas was the one who applied the pressure to get Waid off the book because he wanted other elements introduced and Waid and Ringo steadfastly refused to introduce them.

Like I said, it's very easy to place on the blame on the guy who's not there to defend himself. It might be a total truth, or it might not be.

Eh, whatever. It's a pipe dream for Waid to come back anyway, given how good he's got it at DC.

Mark Waid is loaded yo. I don't think he would be that opposed to coming back to Marvel, once his exclusive is up, or freelance. Either way, isn;t Waid getting a promotion at DC?

I don't know. I thought he already did, being one of the "architects of New Earth."
I would have liked to seen a good long run on a Spider-title.
With MJ getting the boot, who knows what the future may bring?

Since when was it confirmed that MJ's out?
It's not confirmed, but it's pretty much a sure thing given that Joe Quesada hates the marriage and Tom Brevoort has been explaining that the marriage was just a publicity stunt to raise flagging sales every bloody chance he gets.

I must've missed that thread. There's too much going on around here, plus I gotta stop and look like I'm working every now and then. :(
