yeah she was good....she has a good look too. i'd rather see Connie Nielson but if we can't have her then Julia Ormond would suffice.

i disagree about the terrible, bland actress part. i thought she was great in Gladiator, charismatic in Mission to Mars, sizzling in Devil's Advocate, and solid in Basic and the Hunted. her career was pretty good until after the Hunted...then i dunno what happened. maybe she just doesn't pick good projects. there are a lot of actors and actresses that are talented enough, but just don't pick good projects.

regardless, i definitely disagree that she lacks talent...but then again you seem to have a knack for disagreeing with a lot of my opinions anyway, so this is no surprise.

Amy Adams won't look like her in 10 years, nowadays she looks 10 years younger than her age!

Julia Ormond doesn't take care of her skin, tha'ts why she looks so old for her age, most women in her age (and older) look much better.

She's a good actress, but I'd prefer Carrie Anne Moss.

Moss is Nolan's friend and was part of a big WB franchise, won't they remember her?

Sorry but there is no way Adams could pass for 26 anymore. She is still beautiful but she is someone who looks like an attractive mid-30's woman. There is a lot of aging that happens from 35-45, especially for woman. If you saw a pic of Julia Ormond 10 years ago you would be surprised how much of a change she has had. I'm not dissing either woman as both are beautiful but it will be hard for anyone to look youthful at 45 even with surgery. Here is a pic of Adams and this is with makeup on.

Personally, I prefer women to have cushioning in their calves. Looks more womanly and healthy.

She didn't have a huge role in 'Benjamin Button' (she basically listened to her mother, an older Cate Blanchett, tell the story of Benjamin) but I also remember her from 'Legends of the Fall' and 'Smilla's Sense of Snow.' I haven't heard that much of her lately but she did recently win an Emmy for the TV movie 'Temple Grandin' with Claire Danes.
