We are such an intelligent and civilized folk. No surprise they do not take us seriously.

Based on some of those screen names, I can only imagine what kind of names the next generation of children will have, heh.

"Impacted" isn't a real word, either, but every buffoon uses it.

Impact is a noun, not a verb, otherwise yes.

Double EDIT- in the context about which I am talking.

Damn pedantry wars.

I can't be the only one who wouldn't mind Kevin Spacey back...

Yes, it might confuse folks. But still
I have never understood this logic. Let's bring back someone who played a character in a movie franchise that had it's own continuity. That movie franchise ends and then is completely rebooted and has it's own separate continuity. I mean, when has that ever happened?

Yeah, but the Bond films have always kind of been the exception. For example, Desmond Llewelyn played Q for all of the James Bond actors up until his death.

IMO, no one really takes issue with an actor playing the same role in a different franchise except Americans. We're funny like that.

We're equally uptight about a different actor playing a character in the same franchise, lol.

I don't really want Spacey again, would be strange. But just imagine if his Lex had been more like what he does now in House of Cards, fantastic!

Spacey is a fantastic choice to play Lex, he was just playing the wrong type of Lex. Bryan Singer didn't let him play Lex, he had him play Gene Hackman playing Lex. Spacey is perfect for the more ruthless, intelligent, cold and calculating Lex that we see in comics today. Heck his role on House of Cards is essentially Lex Luthor is Lex was from the south and a politician.

Just go ahead and announce who's playing Lex. I don't care if it's Howard Stern, just tell us who it is.

because all bond films from Dr No-Die Another Day are one timeline

Like I said, I'm quite surprised that we got news of WW's casting BEFORE Lex.
