Okay, screw this movie. Now I just want to see Jason Momoa singing and dancing with Barney the Dinosaur.

They are losing Crowe, Costner, Shannon. Godot won't fill one, she's a Cavill level, but Afleck will. The character for Lex most certainly will. There's plenty of roles left to be cast. We'll be hearing names all the way up until February.

Egotistical as Will Smith is, he at least had the right idea when WB offered him Superman years ago - "you can't be messin' with white people's heroes". Props to him for recognizing that Superman is white and having a higher level of artistic integrity and more respect for the character than the folks at WB who offered him that did at the time.

I don't think he is and I'm sure that's not what Will Smith meant, he has a very broad appeal, obviously, just as Will Smith isn't just a "black people's hero". His comments were obviously meant about changing his race ...for whatever reason.

I still will never dislike seeing more people in these genre films that look like me. I'm never, ever, ever going to be against that. I don't care who is against it, that is on that person. I'm sure not going to shut my mouth in order to keep the peace. Lex being black would be 100% A-okay with me.

I mean it's a shame that Marvel and DC refuse to make a Superhero film about a black hero or anyother race besides white. It would be awesome if they got on that but right now I'll take what I can get.

That would be some serious casting and I'd love to see it. WB should be calling that dude now.

It seems Lex casting is being saved. Either it is a big name and they wanna make it a spetacle or Lex is not in this (which I find hard to believe).

I understand why you feel the way that you do but that doesn't make you right. Lex is white and should remain so. Incidentally, I would also throw a FIT if they tried to make Black Panther white

The thing for me is there is no reason why Lex should be white. It's not like the character has some sort of heritage that makes him being white a necessity. Lex could be black because there's no reason why he shouldn't. It's not like he's Swedish.

He's not black. He's white. Perry White wound up black and he's even got white in his name lol
