Of course. It's not even his scoop. It's Jett's and yet, Jett is nowhere to be found at the moment.

American Gangster? No Country For Old Men? W? Men In Black 3? For realz?
I don't see a lot of movies. I did see parts of No Country For Old Men on TV a couple of months ago, but not the whole thing. That's why I don't really have a "first choice" for who should be Batman. I don't really know a lot of these actors.

Or maybe... Min-sik Choi...

Hello Batman!

Brolin's a very good actor. It's odd, I'd have never considered him in a million years, but it's not like I think he'd be a bad choice. I feel he could be a wildcard, left field pick.

Whereas on the other hand, Jon Hamm would be the total slam dunk obvious pick that a lot of people would instantly get behind.

One thing with Brolin is that he and Diane Lane just got divorced after an 8 year marriage. Not sure he'd be eager to jump into a project that she's attached to.

Doing John Hamm would allow for a Batman who comes across as charasmatic. There will always be a "too soon" backlash, but Hamm's a popular guy as it is. As Batman, his prestige can only help sell the idea of a new Bruce.

The chances of Bruce and Clark's mom having a scene together could be a little slim depending on how fast Bruce learns Clark's identity.

Even so...months of going to premieres all over the world together and such. Possibly awkward.

He and Bale could pass as brothers considering that Bale looks so much like his dad.

Jett's list wasn't a list of names who could be Batman. It was to give us an idea of top names in their 40s, examples. He also said most of those names aren't considered but just to hide the real possibilities. Im guessing the stupid ones like Pitt, Law, Butler, Affleck were mainly examples of big name actors in their 40s if one needed to narrow things down.

Im gonna say Hamm, Brolin and Bale are the main candidates for the studio. Younger? Gosling, Bentley, Gyllenhaal, Evans. But older is sounding logical right now if they have no friggin clue on how to do a solo movie 1 year after Rises.

It was on tv last summer one night and I hadn't seen it in a while (Amityville Horror) and I had to pause it because I couldn't believe how much James Brolin looked like Bale. It was insane.

That's what I said.

 My mistake. I read that wrong for some reason.
