You know, they could just go "in the movie, she isn't a clone".
I hope that's not the route they've decided to take but, yeah, it's a possibility, I guess. You know, they could just go "in the movie, she isn't a clone".
The DNA taken by Essex Corp at the end of Apocalypse makes me think that the clone/genetic offspring angle will be maintained.
I really wish Mangold could have released this film in black and white.
The black and white is only for the marketing, i dunno why it being black and white is something to make a fuss about? to make it look more gritty? dark?
Maybe the blu-ray will come with the option to watch the film in black & white. Kinda like what they did with Mad Max
I want it too.I really wish Mangold could have released this film in black and white.
Maybe X23 killed all the X-Men?

Absolutely not, and especially not at the hands of Wolverine. It would be a terrible idea, in my opinion.I'm all for comic accuracy but do people want to see the X-men slaughtered (on screen or in narrative)?
Good point. I hope you're right. The DNA taken by Essex Corp at the end of Apocalypse makes me think that the clone/genetic offspring angle will be maintained.

A whole movie was devoted to the X-men being picked off one by one by Sentinels a mere 2 years ago...
I gather people want the X-Men to be killed by wolverine, xavier or X23 because it would be a dark edgy thing for them to do and obviously because of the old man logan comic but honestly if you get away from thinking about the comics and edginess it probably wouldn't be a good idea to do that to any of these characters as a journey closer for wolverine
There are dozens of other reasons but that is the most simplest reason why it wouldn't be a good idea
Miller originally envisioned Fury Road as Black and white. Has Mongold expressed the same sentiments for Logan?Maybe the blu-ray will come with the option to watch the film in black & white. Kinda like what they did with Mad Max
My real concern with this film is that it's set in 2024, just a year after the happy ending of DoFP. If it was five years later, that would seem more logical.
One year for Logan's healing to start leaving big scars? One year for Xavier to be in a care home with Alzheimer's? One year for all the other X-Men to be missing/dead?
It just doesn't feel right.
