I was channel-hopping last night and Clint Eastwood's 1992 epic 'Unforgiven' was on. And though we've only seen some snippets of 'Logan' so far, it struck me that there seems to be some similarities. An ageing and weary protagonist (a bad-ass antihero type) who's living a more peaceful life than that of old forced back into some kind of feud.

Even some of the promotional material has similarities.

I would just use the trip as an excuse to visit NYC again. hehe

If you look into the reply section, Mangold is hinting at Beltrami and Martinez working together. That's what I suggested earlier here, and would definitely be the best case scenario.

Agreed. It's why I enjoy the Netflix Marvel shows a lot, no saving the world stuff, just more personal, intimidate rivalries.
