What did the Space Wizards do now? I just watched Rogue One again recently, and that was pretty decent.

The Episode IX director dropped a bomb that's been compared to Birdemic and The Room.

I'm sure Lucasfilm have everything locked in tight and know exactly the film they want to make, but the fandom is going to be hilarious for a while.

I must be in a fog, because I can't seem to find anything. The only thing I can find is some bit about Trevorrow saying he was inspired by Wonder Woman...

...That's not it, is it? People whining about Rey again?

His new movie The Book of Henry is getting savaged, to a point where people say it's on the level of The Room and Birdemic.

Oh... bomb in terms of a movie, not bomb as in a piece of news. I should have clued into that. But... the fog.

He'll always have Jurassic World. It had dinosaurs in it. That was cool.

Disney and Lucasfilm managed to get Rogue One from Gareth Edwards who's resume is as anemic as Trevorrow's so Im fairly confident that they can get a decent Episode IX from Trevorrow. Disney can usually salvage any film if they want to regardless of the director or the director's skills, and Kathy is unlikely to let a star wars dumpster fire be released in cinemas. Worst case scenario is Episode IX is delayed until December 2019 so it can be salvaged and it ends up being around 70% on RT.com.

Plus the fandom needs to keep in mind that Book of Henry is a Focus Features film.

There are only 6 reviews on RT.com.

guaranteeing episode 9 will be a 70% or better? ballsy marvolo lol

Gareth Edwards on his worst day > Trevorrow.

And yes, Gore Verbinski should not only direct IX, he should have Trevorrow lashed to the prow of his ship next to a mute woman.

Wow, never thought I'd see the day where fanboys are actually upset at the hiring of Danny Elfman, but it's here.

And damn, we had a screening of Book of Henry at work yesterday. If I'd have known how epically awful it was supposed to be, I would have totally snuck in, lol.

It is very creepy how a few banner ads on this page are getting past the two adblocks I have along with other measures I added.

Yay, no more cellphone unlocking fees for us Canadians. :woo:

The movie actually sounds like it could have been a fun film, except it had to add child rape in the plot.

Hey! remember when the guy that made F4 was also listed to do a SW film?

They gave this guy the conclusion of Rey's arc... I am going to be irrationally pissed for the next 2 years unless it changes. :argh:

Yeah, what a way to close out a trilogy. A mediocre flick... sounds amazing.

And the Book of Henry is getting killed. More reviews are only making it worse.
