Now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure the suit is a bigger hindrance more than anything. It completely restricts the wings. Yes he does have crazy death claws but Mothman can swoop down death from above and owl dude has no recourse.

Texting is a huge problem. Every time I turn around I hear or read about it causing more and more accidents in spite of the new laws.

Texting has been conclusively shown to be worse than drunk driving. This is due to NOT LOOKING AT THE F***ING ROAD. Get a drunk texter and that person should just be euthanized.
