Who do you think is his perfect love interest?
Who should be the main love interest in The Dark Knight or future sequels - Rachel Dawes, Selina Kyle, Talia Al Ghul or some other character?
Edit: Forgot to include Vicki Vale.

Selina. I'd be cool if the rumor of TDK ending with Bruce going on a date with Selina was true.

It'd be cool if selina was in the movie for a short period of time but I dont want it to go any further

Selina of cause.

and i wanna know who said Selina would be metioned at the end of TDK? that will be great if it is true!

Catwoman / Selina Kyle all the way. I really hope she's in Batman 3.

This thread is really useless and unnecessary..................................

None of them, you guys all *****ed when Rachel Dawes was introduced as nothing more than a love interest.

IMO Batman doesn't need one, especially in these films, none of them ever last more then a couple of comic issues anyways...

Talia would make a for great "fake" love interest in TDK2.

Is it even a question? Selina Kyle.

One of the most interesting couples around. Both their pasts are tragic, yet he was rich and turned to crime-fighting as Batman. She was poor and lives a life of crime as Catwoman. Yet they fall for each other. Great stuff! :woot:

But I don't think they're going to be able to explore the full dynamic on their relationship in one movie. So, if CW is in BB3, then just have explore the enemy-side with some flirting. Maybe Batman puts her away but feels a little torn about it. You can always bring Catwoman back in any movie after that to explore the rest.

Superman. :oldrazz:

It'll never happen (though that means they'll never stuff it up).

None of them.

I truly don't want Catwoman in Nolan's series. I just would rather focus on Batman, and him becoming the Knight that Gotham will always know him as.

Rachel is a love figure, and also a teacher to him as I see it. So I think its fine the way it is. Love stories that are like Spidey's get done too much. Though Selina is more dark then that, I just want Two-Face and Bats in BB3.

I always felt that Catwoman is Batman's true love. Of course, Batman is too retracted to actually use a word like "love," but I think there's a lot more going on between him and Catwoman than his other interests.

I love that image, just because it's so haunting, and it does a great job at illustrating what strong feelings Bruce has towards Selina. If you've read the comic, you know that Batman imagines this scenario right before he goes bats*** crazy on the Joker with the full, un-restrained intention of killing him. Batman does not kill, but he cares so much about Catwoman that he'd rather break his code than see her get hurt.

The Batman / Catwoman relationship is quite possibly my favorite one in all of comicdom, if for no other reason than because it's got so many layers. The most interesting relationships to watch IMO are the ones that have to be earned on both ends, and Batman and Catwoman clearly have to work hard if they want to make it work. Can a super hero and a former super villainess really fall in love with each other? I think it's the possibility of them succeeding is what makes me so eager to watch it unfold. Catwoman truly is the queen to Batman's Dark Knight IMO.

Batman and Catwoman are perfect for each other, they are pretty much the same person

Who else could it be? Selina Kyle/Catwoman obviously

Without any female characters, the movies becomes very dry and unemotional. Bruce doesn't have any friends really. Rachel is more of a friend figure or whatever you would call it. You can't have a Batman movie with only Alfred as somebody close to Bruce.

Rachel Dawes was really more of a sister figure.
so we thought, until he made out with her lol

Damn, didnt realize you can vote for more than one character, oh well
Id say Selina or Talia

so we thought, until he made out with her lol

When they kissed though, there was something really off about it though... It actually felt kind of like watching a guy kissing his sister.

Maybe it's because of some weird time loophole, since Bubble Boy was considered for playing Batman at one point, and now Rachel, who would have been his "love interest," is being played by his sister. Rather convoluted, but that's the universe for you.
